If you're using IE, go to Tools -> Internet Options. Select the Privacy tab. Slide the slider down to the bottom to Accept All Cookies. Click on OK. Try to log in again. If this works, then you can experiment with where the cookies slider is and your logging in ability. If it doesn't work or you're using a different browser, try doing a Google search on your browser name and "cookies" for more info.
